Refund Policy

  • We strictly do not entertain refunds unless the item is defective, damaged or wrong order received.
  • In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and our team will promptly respond within 48 hours.
  • When your order is returned, it will be inspected and processed, once the item is accepted as damaged, defective or wrong item, then you will be compensated accordingly.
  • In case of return, you will either be provided with the same item or you will be provided with store credit that can be used for your future purchase.
  • Please note that the store credit expires after 365 days of being credited.
  • In case of cancellation of an order after 24 hours of placing it, you will not be refunded with cash or online payment. In that case, you will be provided with store credit.
  • If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, only then you will receive a refund of your amount.
  • No refunds or credit will be provided for returns of items purchased on sale, discounts or with coupons, under any circumstances.
